You will receive the prize only after showing the ticket, which is the only confirmation of placing the bet, and providing personal data, for winnings larger than 2280 zlotys.
For online games purchased bets are stored on the players' accounts. All prizes in an amount less than 2280 PLN the players can transfer without formalities to the designated account or use for further playing. For higher amounts you need to go to one of the branches with identity documents. The money payout will be made to the designated bank account.
