1.1. These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at pewniaki.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Website. 1.2. The service provider and administrator of the Website is Dariusz Ostrowski, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 6A, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki, tax ID 1181550169. 1.3. The Service Provider can be contacted at info@pewniaki.pl or through the contact form available on the Website. 1.4. A User is any person using the Website.

2.1. The Website is purely informational. It provides results of completed number-game draws, a draw archive, statistical summaries, and auxiliary tools such as a number generator and a coupon checker. 2.2. The Service Provider is not an entity organizing games of chance within the meaning of gambling law. The Website does not organize games, accept bets, sell coupons, act as an intermediary in their sale, or accept any payments from Users related to participation in games. 2.3. The Website has no capital or organizational ties to the organizer of number games. 2.4. Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration or creating an account.

The only binding source of information about a draw result and prize amount is the announcement made by the game organizer. In case of discrepancies between the data on the Website and the organizer's data, the organizer's data prevails. 4.4. Information about jackpot amounts is estimated and may change until the draw takes place.

5.1. The statistical summaries provided on the Website describe draws that have already taken place. They do not constitute a forecast or a recommendation. 5.2. Draw results are random and independent events. No historical data, summary, or tool available on the Website increases the chance of winning and cannot be a basis for expecting a specific outcome of a future draw. 5.3. The number generator creates random sets. It does not constitute a prediction or advice. 5.4. The coupon checker is illustrative in nature. The Service Provider handles reports within 14 days of receipt and informs the reporting party of the outcome via the same channel.

12.1. The Service Provider may change these Terms for valid reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the law or in the scope of services provided. 12.2.
