Cookie policy
This document explains what cookies are, which ones pewniaki.pl uses, and how you can manage your settings.
1. What are cookies
1.1. Cookies are small text files saved by the browser on the user's end device when visiting a website. 1.2. They usually contain the site name, storage period, and a unique identifier. 1.3. In addition to cookies, the site may use similar technologies, such as browser local storage, where settings entered by the user are saved.
2. Legal basis
2.1. Storing information on the user's device and accessing it is governed by the Electronic Communications Law. 2.2. Cookies necessary to provide a service requested by the user do not require consent. 2.3. Other cookies, in particular analytical and advertising ones, require the user's prior consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Necessary cookies
3.1. They ensure the basic operation of the site: session handling, security, and remembering the decision made in the consent banner. 3.2. Without them the site would not work properly, so they cannot be disabled in the site settings. 3.3. The cookie storing the consent decision is kept for 12 months.
4. Analytics cookies
4.1. Used to count visits and check which subpages are read. We use the data in aggregate, to improve the site. 4.2. We save them only after consent is given. 4.3. Google Analytics 4 operates on the site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlandia. Data retention period: 7 dni. Processing rules are described in the provider's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Advertising cookies
5.1. May be used by advertising system providers to display ads and limit how often they repeat. 5.2. We save them only after consent is given. 5.3. Google AdSense ads are displayed on the site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. You give or refuse consent to advertising cookies in the message displayed on your first visit; without consent, ads may only be displayed in non-personalized form, without saving advertising cookies. 5.4. Google may act as a separate data controller and process data under the rules described in its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and in the information on data use by Google partners: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Third-party cookies
6.1. Providers of materials embedded from external services — for example video players or maps — may save their own cookies. 6.2. The site embeds a broadcast of Studio Lotto draws provided by Totalizator Sportowy; the player is loaded from the domain r.dcs.redcdn.pl (Redge Technologies) and is displayed only during broadcast hours, on the home page and on the Studio Lotto page. The player provider may save its own cookies necessary for playback. 6.3. The rules for data processing by the provider are set out in its own privacy policy; we update the list in this point whenever the embedded materials change.
7. How to manage consent
7.1. On your first visit to the site, a banner is displayed allowing you to give or refuse consent to cookies other than necessary ones. 7.2. You can change your decision at any time using the privacy settings link located in the site footer. 7.3. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
8. Browser settings
8.1. Regardless of the site settings, you can manage cookies in your browser: block them from being saved, delete saved files, or enable notifications for every save attempt. 8.2. You will usually find the relevant options in the privacy or site content settings section. 8.3. Blocking all cookies may make it harder to use certain site features, for example remembering your preferences. 8.4. Browser manufacturers publish detailed instructions in their documentation.
9. Browser local storage (localStorage)
9.1. Besides cookies, the site uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage). Data saved there is not sent to our server or to analytics and advertising tools. 9.2. The key pewniaki:moje-zestawy:v2 holds the “My saved selections” selection notebook. Its only purpose is to let you load a saved selection in the coupon checker and the number set analyser and compare it with the latest result on the results page. It is not a lottery ticket or proof of entry. 9.3. An entry is created only when you select “Save to my selections” in the generator or save a selection in the number set analyser. It contains the numbers of the selection (for Eurojackpot also the Euro numbers), the game, the name you gave it, the source of the save and the date — at most 20 selections per game. It contains no account data and no ticket number. 9.4. The data stays in this browser on this device, with no expiry date, until you delete it; it is not synchronised between devices. 9.5. You can remove a single selection with the “Remove” button in the number set analyser. You can remove the whole notebook by clearing the site data of pewniaki.pl (local storage) in your browser settings. The same action removes the older keys pewniaki:analizator:v1:… (one per game), from which the previous version of the analyser moves selections into the notebook.
10. Changes to the cookie policy
10.1. We update the policy when the set of tools used or applicable regulations change. 10.2. The current version is always available at this address. 10.3. Last updated: 24.09.2026. 10.4. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the site.
