Repeated-measures ANOVA calculator
Each field contains one condition and subject order must match.
Condition means

How to use this page
- Paste condition values in matching subject order.
- Review means, F and degrees of freedom.
- If significant, assess sphericity and corrected planned comparisons.
What this page does not do: The calculator assumes sphericity and complete data. It does not apply Greenhouse-Geisser or Huynh-Feldt corrections and does not run post-hoc tests.

One-way repeated-measures ANOVA separates between-subject variation from differences among conditions. It uses pairing rather than treating repeated observations as independent.
The p-value tests the omnibus equal-means hypothesis. Partial eta squared describes effect variation relative to effect plus error.
Frequently asked questions
When should I use the Friedman test?
Use it for ordinal data or clearly unsuitable parametric assumptions. Friedman compares ranks.
Can I omit a missing measurement?
Not in this calculator. Every analysed subject needs all conditions.
