Providing personal data and giving consent for its processing are entirely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and purpose for which the CLIENT has given consent. If the CLIENT does not provide the necessary data for order fulfillment and does not consent to their processing, fulfilling the order may be impossible.
The Administrator ensures the security of the provided data and the realization of Users' rights under the GDPR regulation. The User has the right to access their personal data, correct or request their complete deletion (unless it contradicts legal regulations) or limit the right to process their personal data - for this purpose, you can use the account data update function in the user account program or send a request (e.g., to the provided email address) specifying the request for changes or deletion of data from the registry. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete User data only in cases specified by applicable regulations, especially if the User has not settled all obligations to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Personal data of Users is processed to establish, shape, conclude, change, or terminate the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Client and to fulfill the Sales Agreement or agreement on the provision of an electronic service described in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The User may receive marketing and commercial information (in the form of a newsletter) if they express consent. The User can unsubscribe from receiving commercial information at any time.
We assure that our company adheres to the personal data security policy. Personal data is secure with us, and we make every effort to continually increase this level.
Personal data of Users may be transferred to third parties only with the User's consent in cases described in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
To fulfill the agreement and deliver the ordered products and send correspondence to the customer, data may be transferred to: Polish Post or a selected courier company.
To fulfill the agreement and deliver products, the following customer personal data is necessary: surname and first name; address for product shipment; email address; contact phone number; in the case of a company, additionally, VAT ID.
Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to fulfill the agreement:
after this period, it is deleted
sales documents - for the period required by accounting regulations
address data - until the expiration of the warranty or guarantee period - depending on which is longer
The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) if they have objections to the processing of their personal data by the ADMINISTRATOR.
