The rules game in Mini Lotto are extremely simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that this game is generally available for practically every player. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On the paper form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the indicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto installed on phones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything anywhere, if you have internet access. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the individual account. On this account are recorded placed bets, there is an option to see the history, and withdrawals and deposits of money. Very useful is the so-called subscription, which during its activity allows participation in the pool of subsequent games.

With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held every day. Players play mostly to win something - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of bets, therefore for each draw it will probably have a different amount. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. When in the specific draw a five was not drawn, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes 60%.
