Theory — Card number
Luhn: starting from the right, double every second digit and subtract 9 from values above 9, then sum. A total divisible by 10 passes. The validator accepts 12–19 digits; network recognition is indicative, not a BIN database. Test mode only selects from the published Stripe list.
