Theory — Insurance overlap

Compare guaranteed salary with the selected month’s minimum. Students under 26 on mandates outside their employer are excluded from contributions. Multiple mandates: compare earlier mandatory bases with minimum pay. The contract crossing the threshold is covered in full; subsequent contracts may have voluntary pension/disability coverage. This mode excludes employment, business, student status and own-employer work. Post-termination payments and changes within the month require separate assessment. Health insurance remains a separate obligation. Additional cases cover retirement with business, a ZUS incapacity pension with business, retirement with a mandate and business with a mandate. Reduced bases use title order and the minimum-wage threshold; full bases compare the mandate basis with the full business threshold. Results concern social insurance, not a health-contribution exemption. KRUS and cross-border work are excluded.
