To receive millions in the account, you don't even need to hit the highest prize, since at other levels the prizes are also significant. The first prize at every draw is at least ten million Euro, which is significantly over 40 million PLN, depending on the currency exchange rate. All prizes lower than 2280 PLN, for bets submitted in a paper form, can be withdrawn at any lotto point. For higher winnings you have to go to one of the 17 stationary branches of the Totalizator, showing the ticket which is the only proof that the bet was placed. When playing via the internet winnings up to 2280 PLN can be used for further play or transferred to any bank account. For higher prizes you must report to one of the Totalizator's branches, with some ID.
