In Poland a rate of twelve and a half zlotys for a standard bet, it is not dependent on external factors. However, it may change, if the game is played in system mode. With such an approach the basic rate is multiplied by the total number of all simple bets, and this gives the final cost of the entire ticket. To become a millionaire, you don't even need to hit the highest prize, since in higher tiers the amounts are. The first-tier prize for all draws is at least ten million Euro, which is more than forty million, subject to the prevailing exchange rate.
