In Poland a rate of 12.5 zlotys for a placing a simple bet, it is not dependent on external factors. However, it can change, when the game is played in system mode. What drives players to Eurojackpot are the guaranteed winnings. And these, considering its international nature and also the bet costs are enormous. In order to join the ranks of millionaires, you do not need to hit the highest prize, as at other levels the prizes are also substantial. The first prize for every draw is a minimum of ten million Euro, which is significantly over 40 million PLN, subject to the exchange rate. It can however go up to ninety million, if there is a rollover in successive draws. For the entire prize pool in Eurojackpot more than half of the bet revenue is allocated, this amount is then split according to the agreed key among all tiers. To secure the guaranteed top prize, a special fund was created, into which 12 percent of the total is contributed.
Winnings less than 2280 zlotys, for bets submitted in a paper form, can be collected at any of the lotto points. In the case of higher winnings you must go to one of the 17 branches of the Totalizator, showing the ticket which is the only proof of the placed bet. When playing via the internet prizes up to 2280 zlotys can be used for further play or transferred to your bank account. For higher winnings you have to report to one of the Totalizator's branches, with an identification document.
