Considering the fact, that in Eurojackpot you can play in several European countries, in every case there are different rates. In our country an amount of 12.5 zlotys for a placing a simple bet, it is not influenced on currency rates or other factors. However, it will change, if the game is played using the system. With such an approach the basic rate is multiplied by the total number of single bets, and this gives the final cost of the placed bet. In the example given earlier, in the system 6 out of 50 and 5 out of 10 you will have to pay 750 PLN.

Unlike many Lotto games Eurojackpot draws are held only once a week, every Friday between 8 and 9 PM in Helsinki. Live transmission of the drawing itself is not available on television. What encourages players to Eurojackpot are the guaranteed prizes. And these, considering its presence in numerous countries and the bet costs are enormous. In order to become a millionaire, you do not need to select the first-tier prize, as even at lower tiers the amounts are also significant. The main prize for every draw is at least 10 million EUR, which is significantly over forty million zlotys, depending on the prevailing exchange rate. It can however reach 90 million Euro, if there is a rollover in the next draws. For the prize pool in Eurojackpot over 50% of the ticket revenue is allocated, this amount is split according to the established formula among all the tiers. In order to secure the first-tier prize, a dedicated fund was created, into which 12 percent of the total pool is paid.
All prizes lower than 2280 zlotys, for tickets submitted on paper, can be withdrawn at any lotto point. In the case of higher winnings you have to go to one of the seventeen stationary branches of the Totalizator, showing the ticket which is the only proof of placing the bet. When playing via the internet amounts up to 2280 zlotys can be used for further play or transferred to your bank account. For higher prizes you need to report to one of the Totalizator's branches, with an identification document.
