Optionally enter up to 9 monthly gross amounts, one per line. The calculator totals the pay and splits PIT-2 between the selected number of payers.

Choose how to apply the monthly PLN 300 tax reduction. With multiple payers it can be split between up to three payers.

Select a relief only if you meet its conditions. The shared annual exempt-revenue limit is PLN 85,528.

Theory — how is gross to net salary calculated?

The gross to net calculator estimates one month's pay under a Polish employment contract, covering social contributions, tax and allowances. It can combine up to ten contracts, split the monthly PIT-2 allowance and apply a shared PIT-zero limit, while additional income sources are treated as standard contracts without PPK. PPK settings apply only to the first source. Because the tax threshold accumulates from the start of the year, the calculator needs the taxable base from earlier months to work correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I enter the taxable base earned earlier in the year?
The PIT threshold is annual. Without the earlier taxable base, the calculator cannot determine whether part of this month's pay falls into the 32% bracket.
Is this result exact?
This is an estimate and does not cover every payroll correction, benefit, annual contribution cap or individual tax circumstance. Use PIT zero only after checking the statutory conditions.
Does an employee under 26 avoid ZUS contributions?
No. Young-person relief concerns PIT and does not by itself remove social or health insurance contributions from an employment contract.
Can I use the result to compare scenarios?
Yes. Keep the same assumptions and change one input at a time. The result remains an estimate rather than an offer or official settlement.
Can I include salaries from more than one employer?
Yes. Enter other monthly gross salaries on separate lines and select how many payers apply the split PIT-2 reduction.
