Theory — what is employer cost?
The total cost of employment exceeds the gross salary because the employer also funds pension and disability contributions, accident insurance, Labour Fund and FGŚP payments, and sometimes a PPK contribution. This combined sum of gross pay and employer-side charges is colloquially called gross-gross. The calculator shows the gap between the gross salary and the full monthly cost a company bears for employing one person.
