What do these numbers show?
- The average spread across 50 draws was 21.0. The random model has an average of 21.2 — a difference of 0.1. This is a descriptive comparison, not a test result.
- The median spread in the range is 21: at least half of the 50 draws had a spread no greater than this value (source: history).
These are historical data. Each draw is independent of previous draws, so these numbers do not tell us what will be drawn next.
How do I use this page?
- Choose a number of recent draws or a range of years.
- Compare the historical average spread with the model average.
- Use the interval table to see how often the spread fell within each interval.
- The “% model” column shows the share of all possible combinations that have that spread.
What this page does not do: does not suggest numbers to play or predict the spread of the next draw.
There is no data to show for the selected range. Choose a different range above.
Spread of numbers in a draw
Spread is the difference between the largest and smallest of the 12 drawn numbers. In Kaskada it can take values from 11 to 23. The random model gives its exact distribution — calculated from all possible combinations, not from a simulation.
The model distribution is not fully available right now. The history figures below are complete; missing values in the model columns are marked with a dash, and the model average and range sums with a missing component are not calculated.
Spread histogram for the range
Horizontal axis: spread. Vertical axis: hits, i.e. the number of draws with that spread. Number of draws in the range: 50. The chart shows only values present in the data — missing spreads are not added.
You'll find the current data for the selected range in the tables below.
Average spread in the range
21.0
Number of draws: 50. Smallest and largest spread in the range: 16–23
Median spread in the range
21
at least half of the draws had a spread no greater than this value (source: history)
Model spread (average of the distribution)
21.2
source: random model, all 12-out-of-24 number combinations equally likely; a dash marks an incomplete distribution
Most frequent spreads in the range
Observed = how many times that spread occurred in draws from the range. % model = the share of combinations with that spread among all possible ones; a dash = model value unavailable.
| spread | observed | % of draws | % model |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | 11 | 22.0% | 13.7% |
| 22 | 11 | 22.0% | 26.1% |
| 23 | 11 | 22.0% | 23.9% |
| 21 | 10 | 20.0% | 20.5% |
| 19 | 4 | 8.0% | 8.1% |
| 16 | 1 | 2.0% | 0.9% |
| 17 | 1 | 2.0% | 2.1% |
| 18 | 1 | 2.0% | 4.3% |
Spread distribution in ranges
History next to the model, in ranges of five spread values, from 11 to 23. A range with a missing model value has a dash in the model column.
| range | observed | % history | % model |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11–15 | 0 | 0.0% | 0.5% |
| 16–20 | 18 | 36.0% | 29.0% |
| 21–23 | 32 | 64.0% | 70.5% |
Methodology
The model assumes that every combination of 12 numbers out of 24 is equally likely. A combination with spread d has a fixed smallest and largest number d apart, with the remaining numbers lying between them — so the number of such combinations is (pool − d) · C(d − 1, picks − 2), and the probability of spread d is that product divided by C(pool, picks). History is calculated from raw draw counts in the selected range; a range of years sums the yearly counts. When the model distribution is incomplete, the page shows the history without a comparison and puts a dash — not a zero — in place of the model value. The difference between averages is a description, not a statistical test — the page does not assess its significance. The histogram shows the data rendered when the page loaded; after changing the range, the current figures are in the tables.
