What this amount means

Multi Multi has no rollover: this is the maximum prize published by the operator, available only with the Plus option and a 10× stake. It does not grow after a draw in which nobody won it.

Where does the Multi Multi pool come from?

In Multi Multi there is no classic jackpot in the form found in Lotto or Eurojackpot. Prizes are fixed – the payout table states in advance how much you'll get for a given result. You mark from one to ten numbers out of 1–80, and the machine draws 20 numbers. The more numbers you choose and the more of them you match, the higher the payout. Matching ten out of ten marked numbers is worth PLN 250,000. This amount doesn't grow from draw to draw – it's the same today as it will be in a month.

How does Multi Multi differ from the other games?

The key difference concerns who determines the size of the prize. In Lotto or Eurojackpot, the top-tier pool grows when no one matches it, while in Mini Lotto the unused amount increases the prizes for four and three matches in the same draw – in each of these games the pool is split among the winners, so two winners means half the amount each. In Multi Multi the payout is fixed and independent of the number of winners: if ten people match ten out of ten on the same day, each of them gets the full PLN 250,000. The second difference is the scope of the player's decision – in the other games the number of numbers marked is fixed, whereas here you choose it yourself, from one to ten numbers. The third is frequency: two draws a day instead of two or three a week.

The Plus option and a higher payout table

Since the pool doesn't grow, a higher prize can only be achieved one way – by raising the stake. A bet costs PLN 2.50, or PLN 5 with the Plus option. This add-on activates a separate, higher payout table: matching ten out of ten then pays PLN 2.5 million instead of PLN 250,000. This is the equivalent of a jackpot in other games, with the difference that you decide whether to activate it when buying your ticket, rather than it being triggered by no winner in the previous draw. Multi Multi also has no threshold at which the pool reaches a maximum and has to be given out – since nothing accumulates, there's nothing to give out.

Why does the stake not change your chance of winning?

Drawing 20 numbers out of 80 works exactly the same way regardless of whether you paid PLN 2.50 or PLN 5. The Plus option only changes the payout amount, not the probability of matching numbers. The same goes for the number of choices marked: ten numbers give a higher prize for a full match, but matching ten out of ten is rarer than matching three out of three. Each of the two daily draws is independent – the result at 2:00 PM doesn't affect what comes up at 10:00 PM. This sets Multi Multi apart from games with a jackpot also on a psychological level: there, a growing amount tempts you even though the probability doesn't change, while here the amount stays put and has nothing to tempt you with.

Frequently asked questions about the jackpot

Does Multi Multi have a jackpot?
Not in the form found in Lotto. Multi Multi prizes are fixed and listed in the payout table, so the pool doesn't carry over to the next draw when no one matches the full set. Instead of a growing pool, the game offers the Plus option, which raises the stake from PLN 2.50 to PLN 5 and activates a higher prize table.
How much can you win for matching ten numbers in Multi Multi?
Matching ten numbers out of ten marked is worth PLN 250,000 in the basic bet. With the Plus option, the same prize amounts to PLN 2.5 million. The amount doesn't depend on the number of winners in a given draw – everyone who matches the full set gets the full stake.
Does the 2:00 PM draw result affect the 10:00 PM draw?
No. The two daily Multi Multi draws are independent of each other – in each one, 20 numbers are drawn out of 80, and earlier results don't change the probability of any number coming up. Numbers drawn at 2:00 PM have exactly the same chance at 10:00 PM as all the others.

What this amount does not change: the size of the pool does not affect the probability of winning. The chance of winning the jackpot is identical whether the pool is two million or a hundred million. Only the amount to be shared increases — along with the number of people you might have to share it with.
