The basic rules Mini Lotto are simple and clear, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a very wide group. You can send your ticket at stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and via the dedicated application Lotto installed on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have access to the internet. Another benefit of this type of play is the individual player account. On this account all bets are recorded all player bets, there is an option to check the history, and deposits and withdrawals of money. As for system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be selected. In the case of 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

In the initial period all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a three, four, and five, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is fifty percent of the sum of bets paid by players, for this reason for each draw it will probably have a different amount. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives fifty percent of the total prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. But if in the draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes 60%.
