History Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first draw was held in the last days of March 1976. The basic rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a very wide group. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on the method "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the paper form you can indicate up to 10 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto you can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the appropriate place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and with the special application Lotto on smartphones. Play online and via the app has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything regardless of the place, if only have access to the internet. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the individual account. For Mini Lotto with system play you can mark from 6 to 12 numbers, from general pool of forty-two. The chances of winning increases significantly with each of the additional numbers, because the total number of simple bets, which result from all existing combinations. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers will translate into 7 simple bets, 7 numbers will be 21 bets, and for 12 numbers it will be as many as 792. During system play the value of the prize is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added of other tiers.

One bet in the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is identical for all methods of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, dedicated application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand filling the form or the option "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

At the very beginning draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore in each draw it may have a different amount. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. If in the specific draw a five did not fall, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest. The highest win so far was in 2015, and its amount was over 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been several prizes exceeding 300 thousand PLN.
