History of the game Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first of the official draws was held on March 31 1976. At that time the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and under this name it ran until 2009. The main rules game in Mini Lotto are extremely simple, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be selected, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the paper form you can indicate up to a maximum of 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the appropriate place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and in the application Lotto on smartphones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for some point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have access to the internet. An additional benefit of this type of play is the individual player account. On this account are recorded all player bets, there is an option to browse the history, and withdrawals and deposits of money. For example a system of 6 numbers will translate into 7 single bets, 7 numbers will be 21 bets, and for 12 numbers it is as many as 792. The bet price is the same for all methods of its placement - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to marking numbers on the form by hand or choosing the option random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. For the first years draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since April 14, 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. As for this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions given by the regulations. The prize pool is exactly half of the total sum of paid bets, therefore in each draw it may vary. When there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives fifty percent of the total prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%.
