The basic rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and clear, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be selected, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a very wide group. Tickets can be sent at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to method "quick pick". With this solution all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the paper form you can indicate up to a maximum of 10 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for some point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have internet access. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the individual account. On this account are recorded all player bets, there is an option to check the earlier history, and deposits and withdrawals of funds. Basic bet for the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are identical regardless of the method of its placement - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, dedicated application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand filling the form or choosing the method random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the initial period all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since April 14, 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since early December 2015 they are held every day. All players play to win some money - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the sum of all bets, for this reason in each draw it will vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. If in the specific draw a five was not drawn, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and its amount was over 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many prizes exceeding 300 thousand PLN.
