History of the game Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first official draw took place at the end of March 1976. The main rules Mini Lotto game are simple and uncomplicated, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five from the group 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for every player. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on the method "quick pick". With this solution all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto you can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the appropriate place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and in the dedicated application Lotto installed on phones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for some point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have the internet. An additional benefit of this type of play is the access to the individual account. On this account all bets are recorded placed bets, there is an option to check the history, and withdrawals and deposits of money. As for Mini Lotto with system play you can mark between 6 and 12 numbers, from 42 from the general pool. The chances of winning increases significantly with each additional number, because the total number of simple bets, which result from the combinations of the chosen numbers. For example a system of 6 numbers translates into 7 single bets, composed of 7 numbers will be 21 single bets, and for 12 numbers it will be as many as 792. In the case of system play the amount of the prize is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added from the higher tiers.

Single bet in the case of Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is the same for all methods of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, dedicated application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or the option random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final fee will depend on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held daily. Probably everyone plays mainly to win something - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the total sum of paid bets, therefore in each draw it may vary. For the draw in which there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the total prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. If in the specific draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the entire rest.
