The main rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for practically every player. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on the method "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the form you can indicate up to 100 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and with the special application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play online and via the app has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have internet access. In the case of system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the first years draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In 2014, in April they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays mostly to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the sum of all bets, therefore for each draw it will probably be different. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the available prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the specific draw no five fell, then the fours receive 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest.
