The basic rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the form indicate up to 100 bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of registered forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the indicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and with the dedicated application Lotto installed on smartphones. In the case of system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be provided. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

In the initial period all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since April 14, 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. All players play mainly to win some prize - so it is worth learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is fifty percent of the sum of all bets, therefore in each draw it will probably have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the available prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the draw no five fell, then the fours will have 40% of the total pool, and the threes 60%. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and was close to 400 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many prizes of a value greater than 300 thousand PLN.
