The rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be typed, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the form indicate up to a maximum of 10 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the appropriate place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto on smartphones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for the nearest point, because you can do everything regardless of the place, if only have access to the internet. In the case of Mini Lotto with system play you can mark between six and twelve numbers, from the available forty-two. The probability of winning increases significantly with each of the additional numbers, because the total number of individual bets, which result from the combinations of the chosen numbers. For example a system of 6 numbers translates into 7 simple bets, 7 numbers will be 21 individual bets, and for 12 numbers it will be as many as 792. During system play the value of the prize is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added of other tiers.

Single bet for Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is the same for all methods of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, dedicated application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand filling the form or the option "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

Initially draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. Since April 14, 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2015 they are held every day. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is fifty percent of the total amount of bets, therefore in each draw it will vary. When there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%.
