The main rules Mini Lotto game are simple and clear, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that this game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that situation they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the form you can indicate up to ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play via the app and online has many advantages, you don't have to look for the nearest point, because you can do everything anywhere, if only have access to the internet. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or the method "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final cost will depend on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the initial period all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held daily. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the sum of bets paid by players, for this reason in each draw it will vary.
