The basic rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and clear, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be typed, one bet is indicating five from the group 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this solution all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the paper form you can indicate up to 100 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the indicated place on the form.

For example 6 numbers in the system will translate into 7 simple bets, consisting of 7 numbers will be 21 individual bets, and in the case of 12 it is as many as 792. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the method random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be provided. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays mainly to win some prize - so it is worth learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The prize pool is exactly half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore in each draw it will probably have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the given draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the total pool, and the threes the entire rest. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and its amount was close to 400 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many prizes in an amount greater than 300 thousand PLN.
