The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is selecting five from the group 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore for each draw it will probably have a different amount.
