The main difference is the number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for every player. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick".
