History Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first official draw took place in the last days of March 1976. At that period the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and under this logo was present until 2009. The basic rules Mini Lotto are simple and uncomplicated, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a very wide group. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the device in the point. On one form you can indicate up to 10 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and in the dedicated application Lotto installed on phones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything regardless of the place, if you have access to the internet. The simplest bet for Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is the same for every method of its placement - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, phone application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand filling the form or the option random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

At the very beginning all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held throughout the week. All players play mostly to win - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a three, four, and five, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore with each draw it may have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the only fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. When in the given draw a five did not fall, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes 60%.
