History Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first draw took place in the last days of March 1976. At that time the game was known as Express Lotek, and in this form it ran until 2009. The main rules Mini Lotto game are simple and uncomplicated, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be typed, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the form indicate up to a maximum of 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and in the application Lotto on smartphones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for a place with a point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have access to the internet. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the personal account. For Mini Lotto with system play you can mark between 6 and 12 numbers, from 42 from the general pool. The chances of winning increases significantly with each subsequent number, because the total number of simple bets, which result from the combinations of the chosen numbers. For example 6-number system will translate into 7 simple bets, consisting of 7 numbers will be 21 single bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it is as many as 792. During system play the prizes are multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added from the higher tiers.

Basic bet for the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is identical for every method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, dedicated application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand filling the form or choosing the option random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be selected. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

Initially all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. Players play mostly to win some prize - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the total sum of paid bets, therefore in each draw it will probably be different. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the available prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%.
