History Mini Lotto is over forty years - the historical draw took place at the end of March 1976. At that period the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and under this name it ran until 2009. Although the name changed the main rules remained unchanged, and to this day players can try to win the prize for the five drawn from 42 numbers. It should also be mentioned, that this popular game was suspended in 1998 for two years, but later returned under player pressure. As statistics show, it still enjoys great popularity, despite the fact, that the prize pools are smaller than for example in traditional Lotto. Smaller prize pools are due to the fact, that players pay a smaller stake for single bets, and due to the higher probability of winning which results from the number of balls and the drawn numbers. The basic rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and uncomplicated, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that this game is generally available for practically every player. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the appropriate place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and in the application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play online and via the app has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have access to the internet. The chances of winning increases significantly with each additional number, because the total number of individual bets, which result combinations of chosen numbers. For example a system of 6 numbers translates into 7 simple bets, consisting of 7 numbers will be 21 individual bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it is as many as 792. During system play the value of the prize is increased, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added of higher tiers.

Single bet in the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is identical for all methods of its conclusion - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, smartphone application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to marking numbers on the form by hand or choosing the option random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

Initially all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. In April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays to win something - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. As for this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions established by the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore in each draw it may vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. But if in the draw no five fell, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes 60%. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and its amount was over 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many winnings in an amount greater than 300 thousand PLN.
