The basic rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a very wide group. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet on the method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the device in the point. On the paper form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally playing Mini Lotto you can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and in the application Lotto on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have access to the internet. Another benefit of this type of solution is the individual player's account. On this account are recorded all player bets, there is an option to see the history, and withdrawals and deposits of money. It is also useful the so-called subscription, which until it expires allows participation in the certain number of subsequent games.

The bet costs are identical for every method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, dedicated application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the option random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

Initially all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays mostly to win - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of bets, therefore for each draw it will probably have a different amount. If there are prizes in each category, then for the only fives 50% of the total prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. If in the given draw a five did not fall, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest.
