The main rules Mini Lotto are simple and uncomplicated, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five from the group 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for practically every player. You can send your ticket at stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and with the special application Lotto on smartphones. Initially draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held every day. In this game the prize is a three, four, and five, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, for this reason in each draw it will probably have a different amount. For the draw in which there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%.
