The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five from the group 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for practically every player. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to choose "quick pick".
