History of the game Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first of the official draws took place in the last days of March 1976. The main rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at stationary points, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form you can indicate up to ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the appropriate place on the form.

For the first years all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. As for this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions given by the regulations. The prize pool is half of the sum of all bets, therefore for each draw it may have a different amount. For the draw in which there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the specific draw no five fell, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest.
