History of the game Mini Lotto is already over 4 decades - the historical draw took place in March 1976. At that time the game was called Express Lotek, and in this form was present until 2009. It should also be mentioned, that the game in Mini Lotto was suspended in 1998 for two years, but later returned under player pressure. As it turns out, it still enjoys great interest, despite the fact, that the prizes are smaller than for example in traditional Lotto. Smaller prize pools are due to the fact, that the stakes are smaller for single bets, and due to the higher probability of winning which results from the drawn numbers and the number of balls. The rules Mini Lotto are extremely simple, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five from the group 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for practically every player. Tickets can be sent at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the form indicate up to 100 bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the indicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and in the dedicated application Lotto installed on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for the nearest point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have access to the internet. The chances of winning increases significantly with each additional number, because the total number of individual bets, which result from all existing combinations. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers translates into 7 single bets, a 7-number system will be 21 single bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it will be as many as 792. With system play the amount of the prize is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added from the higher tiers.

The simplest of bets in the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are identical regardless of the method of its conclusion - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand filling the form or choosing the method random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be provided. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Probably everyone plays mostly to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a three, four, and five, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore in each draw it will vary. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the total prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. But if in the specific draw a five did not fall, then the fours receive 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest. The highest win so far was in 2015, and its amount was about 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many winnings exceeding 300 thousand PLN.
