The main rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be selected, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On the paper form you can indicate up to ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the appropriate place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and in the application Lotto installed on smartphones. In the initial period all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Probably everyone plays mostly to win some money - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore in each draw it may vary. When there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the draw no five fell, then the fours receive 40% of the pool, and the threes 60%.
