The main rules Mini Lotto game are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is selecting five from the group 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that this game will be available for every player. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that situation they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the special place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and via the special application Lotto installed on phones. Play via the app and online has many advantages, you don't have to look for a place with a point, because you can do everything anywhere, if only have access to the internet. An additional benefit of this type of play is the individual player account. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers will translate into 7 simple bets, 7 numbers will be 21 bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it is as many as 792. Single bet in Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are identical regardless of the method of its conclusion - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, smartphone application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or the method random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final fee will depend on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. In 2014, in April they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of bets paid by players, for this reason in each draw it will probably have a different amount.
