Complete history of the game Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first official draw took place on the last day of March 1976. At that time the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and in this form it ran until 2009. Although the name changed the rules remained unchanged, and to this day players can try to win the five drawn from 42 numbers. It should also be mentioned, that this popular game was suspended in 1998 for two years, but later returned under player pressure. As it turns out, it still enjoys great interest, despite the fact, that the prize pools are smaller than for example in standard Lotto. Smaller winnings are due to the fact, that the stakes are smaller for single bets, and due to the higher probability of winning which results from the drawn numbers and the number of balls. The basic rules Mini Lotto game are uncomplicated and simple, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be typed, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a very wide group. Tickets can be sent at all stationary points, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form indicate up to 100 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The bet price is the same regardless of the method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, phone application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand filling the form or the option random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. All players play to win some prize - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore with each draw it will probably be different. If there are prizes in each category, then for the fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. But if in the specific draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the entire rest.
