The basic rules Mini Lotto are simple and clear, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be typed, one bet is indicating five from the group 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at stationary points, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet "quick pick". With this solution all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On the paper form you can indicate up to 100 bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore in each draw it will vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives fifty percent of the available prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. When in the draw a five was not drawn, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes the entire rest.
