History of the game Mini Lotto is already over 40 years - the first draw was held in March 1976. At that period the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and in this form it ran until 2009. Although the name changed the rules did not change, and to this day players will try to win the prize for the five drawn from forty-two numbers. It should also be mentioned, that this exciting game was suspended in 1998 for two years, and then returned under player pressure. The basic rules Mini Lotto are simple and clear, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for practically every player. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the paper form indicate up to 100 single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the dedicated place on the form.

As for system play the final fee will depend on how many numbers will be provided. In the case of 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. All players play to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore in each draw it will probably have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the given draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the total pool, and the threes 60%. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and its amount was almost 400 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been several winnings in an amount greater than 300 thousand PLN.
