The main rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On the paper form you can indicate up to ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the special place on the form.

Single bet in Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is identical for every method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, phone application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand filling the form or choosing the method "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be provided. With 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

At the very beginning all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held throughout the week. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore for each draw it will probably have a different amount. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. But if in the given draw a five was not drawn, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the entire rest.
