History Mini Lotto is over four decades - the first official draw was held in the last days of March 1976. At that time the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and in this form was present until 2009. The main rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and clear, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that this game will be available for practically every player. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the device in the point. On one form you can indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed through the Lotto.pl site and with the application Lotto installed on phones. For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held daily. In this game the prize is a five, four, and three, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of all bets, for this reason in each draw it may have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the only fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, and for the fours and threes respectively 20% and 30%. If in the draw a five was not drawn, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes the entire rest.
