History of the game Mini Lotto is already over 40 years - the first of the official draws was held on March 31 1976. At that time the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and under this logo it ran until 2009. The basic rules Mini Lotto game are simple and uncomplicated, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for every player. You can send your ticket at stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On one form indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Basic bet in the case of Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are identical for all methods of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, dedicated application or stationary point. It will not change due to marking numbers on the form by hand or choosing the method random selection by device. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be selected. With 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the first years draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since early December 2015 they are held throughout the week. People play mostly to win - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prize pool looks like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a five, four, and three, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the total amount of paid bets, therefore with each draw it will vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the total prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. But if in the draw there is no five, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes the rest.
