The main rules game in Mini Lotto are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for practically every player. Tickets can be sent at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that situation they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the machine in the point. On one form indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and with the dedicated application Lotto on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for the nearest point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have the internet. The bet price is identical for every method of its placement - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, phone application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand filling the form or choosing the method "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. In the case of system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held throughout the week. People play mostly to win something - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the total amount of bets, therefore in each draw it will vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. When in the specific draw there is no five, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes 60%. The highest amount so far was in 2015, and its amount was over 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many prizes of a value greater than 300 thousand PLN.
