The basic rules Mini Lotto are extremely simple, similar to those known to players from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". With this method all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the form you can indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and via the special application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play via the app and online has many advantages, you don't have to look for a place with a point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have internet access. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the personal account. The probability of winning increases significantly with each number marked, because the total number of individual bets, which result from all existing combinations. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers translates into 7 simple bets, consisting of 7 numbers will be 21 single bets, and for 12 numbers it will be as many as 792. With system play the amount of prizes is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added from the higher tiers.

Single bet in the Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is identical for all methods of its conclusion - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, Lotto application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the method random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. In the case of 6 the bet will cost 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

For the initial period draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held daily. Probably everyone plays mainly to win - so it is good to learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a three, four, and five, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the total amount of paid bets, for this reason in each draw it will probably have a different amount. If there are prizes in each category, then for the only fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. If in the specific draw no five fell, then the fours will have 40% of the total pool, and the threes the rest.
