The main rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and clear, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be typed, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that this game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet "quick pick". With this way all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On the paper form you can indicate up to 10 bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of registered forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto you can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and via the special application Lotto installed on phones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have internet access. Basic bet in Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are the same regardless of the method of its conclusion - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, phone application or stationary point. It will not change due to hand filling the form or the option "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. In the initial period all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held daily. Everyone probably plays mostly to win something - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are threes, fours, and fives, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is fifty percent of the total amount of bets, for this reason in each draw it will probably have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. But if in the given draw no five was drawn, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes the rest.
