History Mini Lotto almost fifty years - the first official draw was held on March 31 1976. At that time the game was called differently, namely Express Lotek, and under this name was present until 2009. The basic rules Mini Lotto are uncomplicated and simple, resembling those known to many people from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be selected, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for every player. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every place. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet on "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the device in the point. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally playing Mini Lotto players can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a place with a point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if only have access to the internet. Another benefit of this type of play is the access to the personal account. On this account are recorded all bets, there are options to browse the history so far, and deposits and withdrawals of money. Single bet in the case of Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can play for an amount up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are the same regardless of the method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, phone application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the option "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. As for system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be marked. In the case of 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

In the initial period all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. All players play to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore in each draw it may have a different amount. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. When in the specific draw a five was not drawn, then the fours receive 40% of the pool, and the threes 60%. The highest win so far was in 2015, and its amount was over 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many winnings of a value greater than 300 thousand PLN.
