The basic rules game in Mini Lotto are simple and uncomplicated, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the number of numbers to be marked, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for every player. Tickets can be sent at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and in that case they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to choose "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On one form indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of registered forms. Additionally playing Mini Lotto players can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the appropriate place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and via the special application Lotto installed on smartphones. Play via the app and online has many advantages, you don't have to look for some point, because you can do everything regardless of the place, if only have internet access. During the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since early December 2015 they are held throughout the week. Everyone probably plays mainly to win - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of all bets, for this reason in each draw it will probably have a different amount. When there are prizes in each category, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%.
