The basic rules Mini Lotto are clear and simple, they are very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is selecting five out of 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to method "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form you can indicate up to ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto players can use the Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number printed on the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and with the dedicated application Lotto on smartphones. Electronic play has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything from anywhere, if you have access to the internet. The bet costs are the same for every method of its placement - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the option "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, in the case of 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held throughout the week. People play mainly to win - so it is worth learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the prize is a five, four, and three, in proportions established by the regulations. The prize pool is fifty percent of the total sum of paid bets, therefore in each draw it may vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the available prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. If in the specific draw a five was not drawn, then the fours will have 40% of the total pool, and the threes 60%. The highest win so far was in 2015, and its amount was almost 400 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been many winnings in an amount greater than 300 thousand PLN.
